Every entry is graded by evidence tier, and substantive claims link to primary sources: peer-reviewed journals, ClinicalTrials.gov records, and regulator labels. Nothing is sold here.
What we are not
We are not a supplier, clinic, or pharmacy. We do not sell compounds, provide dosing guidance, or make treatment recommendations. Where a compound is an approved medicine, the right prescriber is the right source; where it is not, no one should be presenting it as one.
Editorial standards
Every compound page is written and maintained under the process documented in our Editorial Policy: evidence tiers assigned by trial design, safety summaries anchored to labels and trial reports where they exist, and explicit uncertainty where they do not.
